All STL files sold on Readystl.com are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered.

By purchasing, you agree that you are buying a non-physical, digital item, and that all sales are final.

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases:

The file is corrupt or does not open due to an error from our side.
You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical issue.
